As a health and safety consultant, I know how much of an issue mental health is. With lockdown due to Covid-19, the issue has become worse. That is why I want to help raise money for one of the most well known mental health charities.
Samaritans know that life can sometimes be incredibly tough. Thanks to the dedication of more than 20,000 volunteers, Samaritans can be there for anyone, whatever they are going through and whenever they are struggling to cope.
They are also at the heart of local communities, working with schools, workplaces, railways, prisons and hospitals to offer training and support, preventing suicide and helping people turn their lives around.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Samaritans have been answering a phone call from someone in desperate need every SIX SECONDS.
