I recently tested positive for Covid-19. This is my video diary. I have done it to show that even a usually very healthy individual can get the virus and symptoms and that it knocks you for six.
I did not have as bad symptoms as many people, but they were worse than I ever imagined they would be. My heart goes out to all those who have suffered or lost loved ones to coronavirus.
Please continue wearing masks when required.
Continue to socially distance where possible.
Remember to ventilate your indoor workplaces and home and remember to wash your hands and keep those touch points sanitised.

I am now out of self-isolation but as you can imagine there have been numerous site visits to clients that have been cancelled or postponed.
Where possible these have been rearranged for the coming weeks. I apologise to all my clients for the enforced interruption to the usual service you receive due to this period of ill health.
Thank you to everyone who has helped our nation in its time of need. This includes, but is not inclusive, those in the NHS, carers, all essential workers, volunteers, decision makers, vaccine makers, scientists, and all those who look after the vulnerable in your communities.
