The home office: exercises to do at your home workstation

Many people are currently experiencing the joys of home working for the first time, and many will, as a result of less interaction with colleagues, be spending long periods of time sat at their new workstation, desk, kitchen table, etc.

The exercises on this video are aimed to keep your muscles and joints mobilised without interfering with your day's work. Doing these exercises is better than doing no exercise during the current lockdown.

If you suffer any pain or are unwell, do not do these exercises. KSH Safety Services accept no responsibility for any illness or injury howsoever caused by doing the exercises in this video. You do them at your own risk. Stay safe.
