When we sign up as the health and safety support to our clients, we sign a contract that states quite clearly that we will maintain confidentiality at all times unless told otherwise relating to issues within that client.
So when someone leaves that client organisation, and then comes to us asking for information about the client, we will not give it as they are no longer working for our clients.
We will not breach that trust.
Recently there have been a few instances where ex-employees of our clients have messaged us on LinkedIn, Facebook, this website or elsewhere asking for information about happenings at that client.
We are not and will not be at liberty to provide it.
To do so would be in breach of Section 7 of our Standard Terms and Conditions, particularly of section 7.1
