Celebrating 20 years in health and safety

4 January 2019 is the 20th anniversary of me starting my first job involving health and safety, which was working with the Environmental Business Services team at the Groundwork Trust in St Helens where I advised small businesses in St Helens and Newton-le-Willows on environmental and health and safety issues.

Sadly the Trust is no longer operating from Shaw Street, but the years I spent there and subsequently at Groundwork Bury gave me the springboard I needed that eventually led to being a national consultant of the year and ultimately into running my own business in KSH Safety Services.

To all who I have worked with, who I advised, helped and kept safe & healthy, and all those who have helped and supported me over the past two decades, thank you.

Here’s to the next 20 years.....
