Having problems getting paid?

Last night I attended a Konsortia meeting, where the Small Business Commissioner, Paul Uppal was present.

Not many small business owners will be aware of the Office of the Small Business Commissioner, but it could be very useful for many of them.

The SBC is an impartial, free to use service (yes FREE!) on a non-risk basis, that also provides advice and information to small businesses.

They can help with resolving disputes and dealing with unpaid invoices. They can help check contracts to get invoices right. They can help calculate interest on late payments. And they can signpost small businesses to existing support and dispute resolution services.
