Competition Terms and Conditions

Occasionally KSH Safety Services will run competitions on Social media, or at business events, or for clients. These competitions are always free to enter and usually involve a prize draw. Current competitions, if we are running any, can be found here.

1. Competitions will be open to those completing an application form and returning it to the owner of KSH Safety Services before midnight on the closing date for entries.

2. Information gathered about an individual or business on the form will be used solely for the purposes of the competition, unless it states otherwise. In most cases, the form will state that by completing the form, the entrant consents to receiving occasional emails from KSH Safety Services. It will also mention that they are entitled to unsubscribe from those emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link on the email. The information will never be shared willingly with third parties, except if requested by a court of law or by the police as part of a criminal investigation.

3. Unless stated otherwise, one prize will be drawn from all the forms completed, and the winner will be notified within 48 hours.

4. KSH Safety Services reserve the right to mention the winner in publicity and social media, unless the winner has stated otherwise on the entry form.

5. If the prize is an e-learning course, it is for one course for one license only, based on any course advertised at kshsafety.com/online.

6. All competitions and prize draws are open only to people in business resident in the United Kingdom and aged over 18 years. They are not open to employees, volunteers or family members of KSH Safety Services.

7. In the event of a dispute of any kind, KSH Safety Services will have the final decision.
