TV Interview: Health and safety in offices and contact centres

I was recently interviewed by Liz Hey for Kirklees Local Television on health and safety issues in offices and contact centres.

In the interview, we discuss risks including posture, harmful bacteria, and environmental issues that affect those working behind a computer on a daily basis. Using almost 20 years of experience, this informative programme aims to highlight the problems that can exist in such working environments, with some hints and tips on what employers can do about it.
